Job Overview

We are hiring an Industrial Electrician responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with electrical equipment at our customers locations. They use diagnostic tools to find the root cause of an issue and then they use power hand tools to fix the issue. You have expert knowledge of industrial electricity, as well as an aptitude for working with your hands.

Essential Duties Include but are not limited to:

Work Tasks

• Read and understand electrical prints.
• Use diagnostic tools to inspect and test equipment.
• Identify and resolve electrical malfunctions.
• Install electrical wiring, conduit, and wire ways.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems, standalone controllers, and control elements.
• Assemble and install industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Electrician Diploma or equivalent certification
• 5 years relevant experience - preferred
• OSHA 10-Hour Training – We Provide Training!
• Valid US Driver’s License

Work Conditions:

• Travel 60% based on current project work load
• Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and in all types of weather conditions
• Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel
• Working in areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels
• Proper personal protective equipment is always required, such as Metatarsal shoes/boots, ear plugs/earmuffs, safety glasses, and hard hats
