OneWater Marine is Hiring a Fixed Operations Manager Near Beach, FL
Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize internal and external customer service indexes (CSI) to enhance the customer experience, reduce complaints, and increase customer retention.
- Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Administer warranty claims, review warranty policy adjustments, and apply warranty guidelines to ensure correct processing of claims by service personnel.
- Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department. Monitor inventory levels to maximize turnover and minimize obsolescence.
- Establish parts pricing parameters to generate sufficient gross profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
- Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of parts and service personnel.
- Evaluate the performance of the service and parts departments through “hands on” effort and constant rotational visits to all dealerships.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations in the areas of hazardous communication standards, OSHA compliance, and workplace safety.
- Use knowledge of the company’s operations to help Controller contain organizational costs.
- Ensure operational systems properly integrate with the financial systems and support business goals.
- Account for and maintain vehicles and equipment throughout the organization to ensure proper fixed asset controls.
- 4 year business degree or equivalent
- 5 years of operational experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a dealership setting
- Strong PC literacy to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Requires ability to interact with employees of all levels
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- Strategic thinking
- Communication (both verbal and written)
- Planning and Organization
