POSITION SUMMARY:

Based on a strong level of knowledge of ADP products, regional functions, regional operating systems and procedures, this position participates as a key contributor in the development and implementation of new or revised ADP products, programs, operating systems and procedures among all Employer Services regional offices. For medium and small size projects, this position may function in a lead capacity overseeing the work of less experienced Field Business analysts. Effective communication skills are required since this position serves as a liaison between and among regional and group staff departments in order to analyze business requirements, participate in the development of project plans and implement new programs and products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serves as a liaison between and among regional and group staff departments in order to analyze business requirements and roll out new or revised products, systems and procedures to the regional offices.
  • Participates as a key contributor in the analysis of field business needs as well as in the development and implementation of plans, programs, operating systems and procedures to address them.
  • In medium and small size projects, may function in a project lead capacity with respect to coordinating and overseeing the work of less experienced Field Business Analysts.
  • Analyzes the impact of new or revised products, programs, systems and procedures on regional operations. Identifies potential problems and participates as a key contributor in resolving them with other departments.
  • Develops resources to support regional operations as it pertains to implementing new products, programs, systems and procedures.
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of applicable products, regional operating systems and procedures by participating in focus groups, product committees and business conferences, as well as visiting regional offices.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
  • Three to five plus years of related experience
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
  • Experience noted above OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau
  • Familiarity with MS-SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in data mining, or statistical analysis or machine learning.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
  • Experience with other data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management, ideally within Databricks.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and coach junior analysts.
  • Ability to translate customer experience findings into actionable feedback to influence decision making and business optimizations.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $55,900.00 - $113,700.00 / Year
