Fairview Hospital’s Parkview III nursing unit primarily focuses on the care of post-operative patients. Patients in this unit have had orthopaedic, spine, low-risk bariatric, urology, vascular, colorectal and general surgeries, but this unit sees all types of surgical and trauma patients. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident, you will participate in a year-long residency program, customized to fit you, your needs, and your pace, where you will: - Provide direct nursing care. - Be paired with a coach that guides you toward success. - Develop clinical judgement, cultivate excellent communication skills, and acquire complex nursing skills.
