McKay Dee Hospital's Same Day Surgery/PACU department is open from 6:00am - 10:30pm. We take a wide variety of cases ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. There is a call requirement with this position of approximately 3-4 call shifts per 8 week scheduling period.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current RN License in the state of Utah.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

(Applicants must either have required additional certifications (e.g. ACLS, PALs, NRP) upon hire or must obtain them within a specified timeframe determined by service line and department guidelines.)

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills.

**RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within five years of their start date.** 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
