About Spanish Fork Hospital:

Spanish Fork Hospital Surgical Services consists of both Surgical and Endoscopy type procedures. We have 4 operating rooms and two Endo suites. We have a variety of different specialties that include General, Orthopedics, Podiatry, GYN, Eyes, Spine, Plastics, and Robotics. We have a great pre-op and post-op process that helps streamline the experience for our patients and caregivers. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within five years of their start date. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified
