You are: 

A filmmaker, storyteller, and multimedia artist with extensive experience in the content creation and social media management space. You are pop-culture-obsessed, shaping you into a forward-thinking, trend-obsessed social media expert.

In this role, you will be a key member of our production team. You’ll consult on live creative briefs and take on your own - working closely with the Creatives, Strategists and Producers to execute and deliver organic and paid content for iconic brands’ social channels and as part of their broader campaigns.

The work: 

  • Produce, create, edit, and deliver social-first content that is authentic content that is true to people's social feeds, is not reliant on big budgets or glossy production values, and is more expressive of their own personal interpretation/build on a brand concept or product to demonstrate a broader idea. Usually as part of a campaign or always on calendar building the reputation and relevance of brands across a wide variety of social channels and formats

  • Responsible for concepting, developing, capturing, designing and/or editing content in multiple forms across various social media platforms

  • Generating content using a robust combination of virtual production techniques, working flexibly as producer, director, DP, editor, motion designer, or other roles as needed for a particular project

  • Designing social media assets & templates

  • Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content, and keep up-to-date with the latest social trends and techniques.

  • Collaborating with account, strategy, and creative teams to execute major initiatives & branded campaigns

  • Owning the social video asset production process from script to edit to delivery for scheduling

  • Driving content through a multi-layered approval and edits process to ensure maintenance of brand standards and meeting of KPIs

  • Planning, executing, and directing social still and video asset shoots in-house and on-location

  • Organizing planning, creative execution, and scheduling of content along with comms

  • Monitoring trends and analytics, collaborating with leadership to ensure constant optimization in client social video content strategy across platforms

  • Knowledge of paid social tactics across platforms

  • Building relationships with the rest of the team and elevating the culture of the agency

  • Work with contractors, suppliers, and freelancers as authorized to support the role.

  • Remain current with our client brand visual identities, best practices, and ways of working

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience developing and managing the production output of social media campaigns across channels including but not limited to TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in video production, including filming, editing, motion graphics, and audio (preferably delivering via channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience organizing and managing schedules for content production, with successful prioritization of tasks on time and on budget

  • Ability to showcase portfolio examples of content creation for brands

Bonus points if: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related Arts/Creative program

  • Solid experience and understanding of social channels e.g. Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and proven experience in producing social content and social best practice

  • Excellent people relationship skills that will enable you to build relationships working closely and collaboratively with all parts of the team from strategy and creative to clients, producers as well as externally

  • Experience with still photography, retouching, and basic visual design

  • Experience with generative AI for images and video

  • An interest in audio entertainment

Travel

Local travel to various studios in the Financial District and Bushwick will be required for this role.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

California $26.20 to $57.69

Colorado $26.20 to $49.86

New York $24.28 to $57.69

Washington $27.93 to $53.08
