Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

As a member of the Growth Cost & Productivity FP&A team, this role partners with senior leadership in the Marketing, Growth COE and Client Development teams, as well as key leaders within the finance organization, to identify, quantify, communicate, execute and measure key metrics. The role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting and reporting and partnering with the team members within the Growth FP&A team on a consolidated marketing and client development budget and delivering on productivity targets.

The objective of this role is to drive shareholder value by providing insightful decision support leveraging reporting and analytics.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute Cost & Productivity FP&A processes for assigned functions by leading and consolidating forecasts for pacing, monthly rolling forecasts, SRF, and OP Plan submissions.

  • Execute quarter close processes, consolidating data and commentary for external and internal information requests and disclosures.

  • Partner with senior leaders & their teams to drive financial decision making, and monitor expenses for areas of direct responsibility.

  • Refine and develop new reporting and analysis for presentation to Finance, Marketing, and Growth leadership.

  • Align with cross functional Finance, Marketing, and Growth teams to accurately manage short and long-term expense planning and find cost efficiencies/opportunities.

  • Manage and review expense requests orders in Coupa and review/approve manual accounting entries.

  • Review and enhance PAR review process and develop consistent framework for analyzing marketing spend.

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field or in lieu of degree, 7 years equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 4 years financial analysis or accounting experience.

  • Minimum 3 years’ Hyperion financial systems experience.

Desired Characteristics:

  • MBA or Master Degree in finance or accounting and/or CPA

  • Passionate, proactive, responsible, resourceful, detail- oriented, hard-working and willingness to learn

  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills

Grade/Level: 11

The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
