Role Summary/Purpose:
We’re looking for an account management leader with internal or external creative agency experience to join our growing team. Goldmind Creative is Synchrony’s in-house full-service agency.
The account management team builds and nurtures Goldmind Creative client relationships by understanding their needs and bringing a solutions-minded approach to everything we do throughout the creative process. We possess a deep understanding and in-depth knowledge of our client’s business objectives, key issues, competitive environments, and industry trends. We’re the connective tissue and set the tone, pace, and ways of working. Our goal is to help drive the business through creative strategy and storytelling and to do this we must have a solid understanding of today's consumer and how to connect with them in ways that resonate. We’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility. You have the option to be remote, and work from home, or come into one of our offices. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day workflow of client campaigns, ensuring all work is produced on time, on budget and on strategy
Owns and leads large and complex projects with minimal oversight from the VP Group Account Director
Develops and maintains strong client and team relationships
Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the management of any problems that may arise
Leads internal and client-facing meetings and presentations
Demonstrates the ability to understand the dynamics of your client’s business, see the bigger picture and the implications on our work
Synthesizes client feedback to provide clear and concise direction
Take cues from leadership to set the tone for the team, keeping the team positive and focused on solutions
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the management of any problems that may arise
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree a high school diploma and 7 years of work experience as an account/project manager in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an account/project manager in a fast-paced, in-house or external creative agency.

Grade/Level: 10
The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
