Onesource is Hiring a Project Manager Near Elizabethtown, PA

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects and assigned crews. This front-line management position leads their team and assigned jobs to operational excellence while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects, prepare estimates, and create budgets to ensure proper job costing utilizing computer software

· Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate

· Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews in house, subcontractors, and resources to provide service on active projects.

· Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process

· Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, and vendors

· Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities:

· Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews

· Provide priority response to potential customers

· Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

· Valid driver’s license

· High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred

· At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience

· At least 5 years of industry experience

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

· Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

· Ability to read architectural plans and scopes

· Ability to create and manage a job budget

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent time management and focus

· Desire to ensure positive customer experience

· General construction expertise and know how

· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience level:

  • 5 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Elizabethtown, PA 17022: Relocate before starting work (Required)
