Production Supervisors needed!
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The primary goal of this position is manage the production team to manufacture and deliver high quality products, while maintaining team engagement and driving down cost using a continuous improvement mindset.
Hanover Industrial Park .This will be an overnight, 12-hour shift, from 6p-6a.
One week will be a 40-hour week, (three 12’s & a 4-hour shift) with week 2 being a 48-hour work week.
Exeter location. The position will mostly be a swing shift, week 1 being first shift, 7a-3p & week 2, being 3p-11p. Must be able to work 3
shift as needed for vacation coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead world-class production operations
- Ensure efficient manufacturing performance
- Identify and address capacity bottlenecks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and develop team members
- Support company goals and objectives
- Ensure effective communication
- Improve plant metrics
- Coordinate workflow with other departments
- Resolve quality issues and drive problem-solving
- Update standard operating procedures
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years supervisory experience, 5 years manufacturing preferred
- Leadership, communication, safety, and lean manufacturing skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop floor controls
