FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Day Shift and Overnight Shift Available -

Work Schedule - 12-hour overnight shift 7pm to 7 : 00 am (2-week rotation Sunday, Wed, Thurs then Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat)

What you can expect to be doing :

• This position is "hands on" and the individual should have a self-starter mindset.
• Setting up the equipment for production following the schedule to fulfill our customer orders.
• The majority of your shift will involve operating large equipment such as shredders and grinders.
• Manually load and unload product into and out of equipment.
• Material Handlers are regularly on their feet, monitoring, adjusting and attentively aware of the equipment they are operating.
• Forklifts are used to transfer material within the production floor - please note this is not a forklift position.
• Responsible for executing all safety protocols - safety is critical to everyone's success.
• Responsible for keeping your designated work area clean.

What we are looking for in our hires :

• Have a strong work ethic - dependable and demonstrate good attendance.
• Able to work a 12-hour night shift 7 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am
• Our work schedule rotates every 2 weeks : 36 hours one week & 48 hours second week (schedule includes every other weekend)
• Able to meet the physical qualifications for this position which include :
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Standing for an extended period of time
• Lift, throw, bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Working in both hot and cold conditions
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Forklift experience
• Lastly, have a positive attitude and be willing to assist others when needed.
