Warehouse Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting with the streamlining all warehouse activities for our facility to help drive overall profitability and customer satisfaction. This includes receiving/shipping of all materials, ensuring efficient, storage layouts, managing inventory, and providing detailed updates regarding warehouse logistics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule
• Categorizes inventory and completes inventory tracking
• Creates and files sales orders, invoices, reports, packing lists, and other documentation
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries
• Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements
• Update and maintain storage database
• Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts
• maintain inventory records and databases
• Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant department
• Coordinate the purchase of new inventory
• Provide regular inventory reports to management
• Escalates issues to managers when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Specifically Excel)
• Thorough understanding of operating a jack pallet and miscellaneous power equipment
• Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping systems

REQUIRED SKILLS:
