Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all.
Duties:
- Perform custodial and commercial cleaning duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities through dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Conduct floor care including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Assist in industrial cleaning tasks as needed
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any maintenance issues promptly
Skills:
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in an industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
