OneSchool is seeking a dynamic and creative Campus Principal for our Rochester Campus (located in Webster, NY)! Responsibilities:As a Campus Principal, you will lead your staff and maintain a positive campus culture. Willingness to engage with all stakeholders including parents, students and the greater community to promote the curriculum and events happening at the campus. Administrative duties such as reporting to the National Leadership Team, managing schedules, updating grades, attendance and tracking of Professional Development for staff members. Possess a strong ability to multi task and a clear understanding of Best Practices for Self-Directed Learning (SDL). Advanced project management skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional Learning Community (PLC) knowledge and background preferred.
