SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Coordinate commercial services. Be the primary point of contact and liaison for external customers and all participating departments within the company. Provide excellent follow-through while maintaining quality assurance at every level of assistance and action. To partner directly with and work harmoniously with sales representatives and other internal customers to meet the needs and demands of our external customers. Responsible for components of customer inventories and meeting a higher level of service needs, based on account specifications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers/ prospects as required.
  • Provide day-to-day support to accounts regarding services needs, support information and accessorial authorizations.
  • Efficiently manage the flow of daily reports and paperwork.
  • Prioritize and organize daily workload. (i.e., projects, order entry, customer contacts, internal follow-up, customer inquiries, timely data entry into MS system)
  • Provide administrative support to assigned management.
  • Complete follow-up requests in a timely manner.
  • Flexibility in assignments and scope of work as required to meet objectives of the department.
  • Provide back-up support as needed for all team segments.
  • Maintain communication throughout the service process with customer, dispatch, warehouse, accounting, claims, salesperson, driver, other agents, and anyone else who may be involved in service of our customers account.
  • Set up and maintain files on customers using several types of software.
  • Prepare, process, print, organize, and distribute all paperwork required for services according to procedures.
  • Verify that services are performed as scheduled.
  • Provide the accounting team with completed files in a timely manner.
  • Field and address concerns and/or complaints of customer.
  • Field and address questions, concerns, de-escalate difficult discussions.
  • Utilize available software and/or written forms to document all communication with the customer and other parties.
  • Set, reschedule, and cancel appointments for customers, as necessary.
  • Able to manage time sensitive paperwork and activities related to the servicing process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A qualified individual must have the demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, especially during times of high volume.
  • Prior experience in the commercial / moving industry is strongly desired.
  • Must possess efficient data entry skills, ensuring record accuracy and speed.
  • Must be an analytical minded individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, support projects, and meet deadlines while keeping a solution focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills are required with the expectation of timely responses to all involved in every customer account.
  • Experienced with Inventory Control and Quality Assurance working in a warehouse environment.
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion.
  • Must be a positive minded individual with proven problem-solving ability in situations requiring quick resolution.
  • Exceptional professional communication and demeanor required, including the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be independently driven to exceed job standards.
  • Familiarity with Mover’s Suite and Warehouse Management Systems a plus.
  • Has a resilient attitude and is highly reliable with exceptional work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
