ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Guaranteed salary for the first 6-12 months with an option to move to a productivity-based model once established
• Pay range starts at $125,000 for new and recent graduates and up to $200,000 for well-established providers
• 4-day work weeks available with paid admin time; no weekends
• Up to 4 weeks of PTO
• Monthly bonuses for product and supplement sales
• As a OnePeak Medical Provider, you will utilize business metrics to learn how to manage your panel and maximize your earning potential
• Extensive functional medicine training program with Nisha Jackson, Ph.D. for all new providers
• Supportive preceptor program offering mentorship and training from experienced providers
• New providers start out with 45-minute appointments for 4-8 weeks and will transition into 30-minute appointments
• Dedicated Medical Assistant for every provider
• In-house PMHNP and Fitness & Nutrition Advisor available for referrals and consults

NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS

• Unrestricted license (required)
• Passionate and enthusiastic about prevention-focused primary care (required)
• Current, or in-process, Oregon state license (preferred)
• OR DEA license (preferred)
• Must reside in Oregon, live close enough to commute or be open to relocating to Oregon
