JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Learning Coordinator on our Organizational Development team in HR! A successful candidate would have a customer service mindset, strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate and an ability to handle multiple requests – organization is key!

A day in the life, you’d support the full lifecycle of internal organization development from triaging intake requests, communication and support with participants for training courses, coordination of trainings (from room arrangements, preparing materials to catering) and keeping the team organized. An eye for optimization and work processes would be a plus.

This position is hybrid to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.
Job Profile Summary

The Learning Coordinator supports employee development initiatives. Responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in supporting all learning events and programs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance in the day-to-day administration of various developmental training functions including but not limited to:
    • Learning programs
    • Needs analyses
    • Course evaluations
    • Learning Management Systems
  • Provide assistance with facilitating and/or coordinating workshops and learning programs related to employee and leadership development.
  • Provide assistance preparing, processing and verifying related recommendations from various sources including but not limited to:
    • Correspondence.
    • Research statistics
    • Learning guides and catalogs.
    • Testing/evaluation documentation
    • Learning modules.
    • Annual learning schedules
  • Provide administrative related guidance and information to employees, supervisors, managers, executives, vendors, and others regarding learning needs and program development.
  • Assist with the compilation, verification and/or preparation of information and reports including but not limited to:
    • Participant guides.
    • Facilitator's guides
    • Testing/evaluation documentation.
    • Learning catalogs
    • Communications.
Education
  • Associate's Degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, other related field or an equivalent combination of formal education.
Work Experience
  • Previous experience working in a learning development environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of: human resources policies and programs related to learning and employee development.
  • Knowledge of: Learning Management System (LMS) and report writer applications
  • Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel, Teams, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of: corporate organization structure.
  • Knowledge of: leadership development programs.
  • Skills in: interpersonal/communication.
  • Ability to: research, analyze, and prepare reports, questionnaires, surveys, scripts, policies, procedures and communications.
  • Ability to: read and interpret manuals, reports, vendor proposals, governmental regulations, training materials, job information, policies, procedures and correspondence.
  • Ability to: develop information and making formal presentations.
  • Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information; conduct oral presentations.
