JOB SUMMARY This position is hybrid to our Corporate Office in Tulsa, OK. Job Profile Summary Responsible for the development, implementation and management of records and document management program for the organization containing processes and underlying standards that facilitate compliance with all applicable regulatory, corporate and other administrative records requirements. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Develop and implement a program that provides guidance to company and/or company groups including operations regarding proper management of physical and electronic records. Prepares and maintains program standards and procedures and training materials Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of a secure classification and filling system for physical operational records to meet required internal and external stakeholder compliance requirements Actively participate with the development, implementation and maintenance of company’s IT records management solution. Responsible for training and communicating with all users regarding IT records management solution Develop, implement and maintain processes and standards to securely store, index, scan and classify operational records utilizing records IT application. Systematically making data available for efficient and effective interface with other users and systems Develop, implement and maintain tools and processes that manage the life cycle of records, (design and construction, testing and inspection, operations and maintenance and other company records as applicable) through creation, usage, retention and disposition for proper compliance with the Corporate Records Retention program Collaborate with the other records information management (RIM) organizations regarding records initiatives and projects Supports or facilitates ad hoc projects as needed to research, analyze and prepare reports to support internal and external stakeholder requests Manages transition activities of physical and electronic records resulting from acquisitions or divestitures Develops and maintains departmental metrics related to activities, quality measurements and queries Collaborate with the leaders of functional groups to plan, develop, and provide support for records and information management with a focus in the disaster preparedness and business continuity programs Education Bachelor's Degree in information management, business management, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience: Work Experience Experience in records and information management, information systems and technology, administrative management, or law as it applies to records information and management Experience collaborating with organizations with varying priorities across the enterprise to identify and resolve inconsistent practices to successfully implement/maintain a comprehensive records and information management program Experience reading and interpreting legal documents, agreements, reports, correspondence, and company policies and procedures Experience developing standards and tools, conveying complex topics, conducting meetings at various levels of the organization, and making presentations Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to: apply strong organizational to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time to ensure the operational records management objectives are met Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information; conduct oral presentations Licenses and Certifications Certified Records Manager (ICRM) preferred Strength Factor Rating - Physical Demands/Requirements Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
