Partner Service Team Member

Reports to: Partner Services Lead Type: Full Time - In office

Summary

At OneHope we strive to provide the transformational Word of God to children around the world. The Partner Services Team Member contributes to further our mission through facilitating the entry and reporting of donations, supports value-added partner request fulfillment, and other department needs. Our desire is for this role to pursue excellence as we support partners, helping them have an easy and enjoyable experience with OneHope and to ensure that all requests are fulfilled in a timely fashion.

Working with the Partner Services workgroup, this person will be involved in a broad range of tasks and collaboratively work with the whole Advancement team in the fundraising and advocacy efforts in the pursuit of our outcomes and mission fulfillment. Serving in every capacity that would help our partners understand and embrace our missional calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily donations processing and receipting for gifts.
• Maintenance of partner records. Including, but not limited to: updating contact and mailing information, updating partners notes, salutations, etc.
• Process store orders and premiums requests
• Phone and email partner communications
• Maintain process document library
• Create and maintain welcoming environment for partners’ request fulfillment
• Initiate and care for OneHope partners through Culture of Engagement assignments, specifically Prayer Calling, or as assigned by leadership. Attend required training, report as needed in an appropriate manner, and fulfill all COE duties in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to design and implement strategies for the pursuit of various Advancement goals as directed by leadership. The objectives and outcomes of Advancement are not separate from every team member's personal objectives, but are owned by each person on the team
