About The Role

We are looking for an independent and self-driven Engineering Project Manager to oversee the development project related to integrating new reformer technologies into our existing product. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in hydrogen technologies, focusing on steam methane reforming and compression systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the project, from conception to completion, and collaborating with various stakeholders for successful integration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage research and development projects for Hydrogen Generation Systems and Compression.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate a new reformer into our existing product.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution of the project.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership throughout the development process.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor and report project progress to key stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in the field of hydrogen technologies, with a focus on Steam Methane Reforming (SMR) and compression systems
• Strong technical background in hydrogen production and associated technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to hydrogen technologies.
