One Vision is seeking to hire a Full Time - Business Process Specialist - Clear Lake, Iowa - We have an exciting position open in the Project Management Department for a Project Manager or Specialist. As part of the PMO team, you will have a direct impact on the success of the organization by being an integral part of the team that executes projects, focusing on a variety of technologies, automation, process management, including people-focused smart living tech. Department Intro:

The project management office (or PMO) is NOT focused on software development, but is focused on internal process automation, with a LEAN management focus to improve the technology experience and effectiveness of our employees. The main aspect of this function is managing, assisting, and supporting the various projects within One Vision, and ensuring standardized practice across the organization. The PMO team works collaboratively with Operations on initiatives like expanding smart and people centered technology to enhance and increase independence of the people we support. In addition to the foregoing, the team is responsible for working with our IT vendors on optimizing processes, maintaining, and expanding our infrastructure.

Job description:

• Developing project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders
• Create detailed project plans and track their progress.
• Ensure project resource availability and allocation and perform risk management.
• Create internal resources and support materials to successfully execute projects.
• Report and escalate as needed.
• Maintain and develop internal and external relationships.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist in review and development of overall project management processes.
• Assist in the training of general project management processes within the company.

Education and Experience:

• Two years of professional level project management experience required, with demonstrated project management leadership skills.
• College degree in related field preferred, or combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated curiosity for new technologies and driving automation and change.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to interface and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to interface and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working IT /IS projects/programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a full-time, salaried position in Clear Lake, Iowa.
