Your Responsibilities:

• Expert Blood Collection: Draw blood from patients in our primary care clinic for various purposes, including medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research, with precision and care.
• Accurate Sample Handling: Verify patient information and ensure the correct labeling of blood samples, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of laboratory specimens.
• Safe Venipuncture Techniques: Follow proper procedures for venipuncture and skin puncture techniques, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
• Sterile Environment Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and work areas in our clinic, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
• Patient Interaction: Interact professionally with patients during the phlebotomy process, minimizing discomfort and anxiety, and fostering a positive patient experience.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to prevent infections and ensure patient safety, including the proper handling and disposal of biohazardous materials.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking supplies as needed in our primary care clinic, ensuring efficient phlebotomy services.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Bring at least 1 year of previous experience as a Phlebotomist, demonstrating your proficiency and dedication to the role.
• National Certification: Hold National Certification as a Phlebotomist, showcasing your commitment to professional excellence and quality standards.
