Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities*:
•Oversees all Receiving and Shipping functions
•Develops and manages all Inventory accuracy with controlled processes, locations, and material handling roles
•Provides oversight for leads within department.
•Monitors all Inventory transactions, variables, UOM's to maintain and enforce data and process integrity
•Develops and Maintains all Inventory and Shipping related Work Instructions and personnel training required
•Enforces area safety requirements
•Assists with Risk assessment for responsible areas.
•Assists with development and monitoring of area metrics for productivity and employee utilization
•Responsible for managing all inbound and outbound carrier transportation processes
•Assists sourcing manager to minimize inventory costs related to min/max stocking levels
•Implements and conducts inventory Cycle Counts
•Provides input to Engineering on product packaging and equipment for optimizations
•Collaborates with Sales/CS for providing customer outbound shipping for workload scheduling and priorities.
•Collaborates with Supply Chain Buyers for inbound receiving for workload scheduling and priorities.
•Collaborates with Production/QC for inbound receiving for workload scheduling and priorities. This includes material and OSP job dispatching to support production schedules.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copier/scanner, and filing cabinets. This role will need to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Minimal travel is expected.

Education/Experience:
•Manufacturing experience (min. 5 yrs.)
•Logistics experience (min. 1 yrs.)
International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR):
