One Source is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Architect with the passion to transform andlead the data strategies and deliver innovative solutions. This team member will have the responsibility for designingand implementing advanced BI solutions, leveraging their expertise with building data warehouse solutions.This role will be instrumental in defining the organization’s data architecture, integration, modeling, and delivery ofactionable insights in partnership with the business. Responsibilities

Plan/Design/Build/Test/Deploy

 Develop and execute the overall BI strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders to align datainitiatives with business goals and objectives. Define and document the design and reference architecture for comprehensive datawarehousing solutions, ensuring optimal data storage, transformation, and accessibility forreporting and analysis. Oversee the development and implementation of complex ETL processes using Power BIand other tools, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading fromheterogeneous sources. Design and manage pipelines for the deployment and automation of BI solutions, enabling astreamlined and reliable deployment process. Design and implement scalable multidimensional and tabular data models that supportcurrent and future business requirements. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of BI and Business Analysts, ensuringadherence to best practices, standards, and architectural guidelines. Evaluate and select appropriate data visualization tools and technologies to enhance thetransformation of data into value. Map business requirements into technical requirements and Non-Functional Requirements. Create technical designs – showing the lineage of requirements through the process. Define testing approaches and metrics that prove a well architected solution and ensurequality targets are met from design through deployment.

Stakeholder Management Partner with clients, business sponsors, and One Source leadership to design End to End solutionsthat may combine one or many cloud, automation, API, data sources and multi-vendor solutions Foster culture of innovation through experimentation and prototyping to reach architecturaldecisions. Collaborate closely with business units to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translatethem into technical solutions that drive data insights. Define and enforce data governance, security, and data quality standards.

Maintain State & Security Related Design and implement scalable multidimensional and tabular data models that support current andfuture business requirements. Define testing approaches and metrics that prove a well architected solution and ensure qualitytargets are met from design through deployment. Maintains strict confidentiality pertaining to all proprietary software, sensitive company data as well asinternal and external passwords and security features. Work with DevOps leadership to define solution that consider and document economical factors suchas TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment) Collaborates with

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Extensive experience (5 years) in Business Intelligence design and development with corporate BI solutions such as data warehousing, ETL, reporting dashboards and predictive analytics.
