We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a young adult with developmental disabilities in the Raymond area. The young adult is outgoing, social, and active with a variety of interests, including basketball, dancing, singing, and fashion. The DSP will provide 1:1 support to this individual both in the home and the community as they work toward goals involving communication, exercise, and personal care. The DSP will work with the individual and their family to plan and access meaningful activities that support these goals.

Scheduling is flexible; after-school and/or weekend hours are required. Experience working with teens is preferred. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and encouraging. Candidates must have access to reliable transportation and be willing to transport the individual in their vehicle. Rate is $19 for 15 hours per week.
