We're looking for a property/project manager. This team member will be responsible for managing the remodeling of homes throughout several FL counties along the east coast. We buy and sell properties from Broward County to Brevard County. Primary responsibility will be managing up to 7-8 remodels at once. Working with contractors. Ensuring projects are done within budget and on time and making sure properties are safe and secure. Additionally, this team member will make sure that properties are ready for sale.
