We are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at One Rangers Way a brand-new luxury apartment community leasing up now! In this dynamic role, you'll wear many hats, but your core focus will be on leasing apartments and shaping a thriving resident community.

The Cordish Companies is one of the country's leading entertainment and hospitality companies, who develop and operate unique luxury apartment communities (Cordish Living). Each project combines high-end, state-of-the art apartments with all-inclusive entertainment and lifestyle amenities.

  • Completes all steps of the leasing process, from nurturing and qualifying leads to assisting with the application, through the move-in process.
  • Provide on-site support and consultation for all property marketing and leasing efforts
  • Convert leads into tours and leases, exceeding monthly leasing goals.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, building a strong sense of community.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses through outreach marketing and networking events.
  • Attend and create resident/prospect events
  • Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships between entertainment and other internal departments.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing.
  • Maintain consistent and superior sales performance metrics
  • Physically inspects property when on grounds, picks up litter and reports any service needs to maintenance staff through the property management software.
  • Analyze leasing statistics to determine partnership potential and market opportunities.
  • Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures. Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
  • Correctly completes all lease applications, assists with application verification and notifies prospective residents of results.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

SKILLS

  • Customer Service experience required.
  • Excellent sales and leasing acumen
  • Familiar with Entrata
  • Superior negotiation and closing skills.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Work within a fast paced environment with the ability to absorb and understand new information.
  • Self-motivated
  • Use logic and common sense in decision-making, moving quickly or deliberately as appropriate.

Education & Experience

  • Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 or more years of leasing experience.
  • Luxury sales & leasing experience is preferred.
