Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated independent contractor to join our team. The independent contractor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at our facility.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in work
- Excellent time management skills
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Certification in cleaning or housekeeping techniques
· Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
· Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment
· Must be responsible for your own miles, gas and taxes
· Must successfully pass a background check
· Must have general liability insurance
