Position Overview

We’re seeking a qualified Territory Sales Manager that can support the vision of our company and live and breathe our core values. Our ideal candidate will be highly skilled at leading people, training people and will be dedicated to the success of the business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Works alongside the Market Director to plan and execute on key company priorities
  • Mentors and develops field and store leadership

· Takes the lead on staffing for their area. Having the right people in the right place at the right

time will be critical.

  • Works alongside the training department to assure that leaders and advocates have the knowledge, leadership and salesmanship they need in order to be successful in their role.
  • Uses internal data and reporting to assess market performance and focuses efforts on increasing productivity in key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Motivates and inspires employees at all levels to maximize employee retention

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years of management experience in retail (Wireless preferred)
  • 2 years of multi store management experience
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple markets/locations within the region

· Skilled in Microsoft office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong time management skills

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
