One Mnet Health is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Willington, CT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in various data analysis tools and methodologies.

Duties:

  • Perform tasks including daily SCRUM meetings, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for technology projects and initiatives. Collaborates with stakeholders to define solutions with wire frames and user stories.
  • Gather requirements for requests made by the internal team.
  • Communicates requirements to developers, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Assess existing and proposed IT systems and technologies to understand their capabilities and limitations in meeting business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs that address business requirements and leverage technology effectively.
  • Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with software QA team, support, client implementation, and related functions to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with the Agile process.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to run through complex solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Ability to propose solutions and provide development project status updates in technology team and business meetings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
