The Opportunity:

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. Employment type:

• A minimum 10 hours per week with a minimum four on-call "non-scheduled" shifts per month (shifts could vary in length); minimum of two 4 hour weekend shifts per month.
• This role is designed to be a part time role (<24 hours) with the opportunity to increase as needed up to 40 hours per week

What you'll be working on:

• Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0 ), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0 ) Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and Sunday as example)

Proposed Schedule:

2 hour to 4 hour shifts between 7am - 10pm ET, 7 days a week

The base range for this role is $56 to $61 per hour based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
