Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy-Duty Custodian to join our team. As a Heavy-Duty Custodian, you will be responsible for the deep cleaning of the Common Areas of the Condominium. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the Residents and their Guests.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Deep cleaning of tile and carpets
- Pressure washing
- Empty main trash receptacles into compactor, and keep trash areas clean
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners, tile cleaners, pressure washers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
