Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians who can diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, performing the appropriate HVAC system repairs.
- Recharge refrigerant levels, check for leaks, and ensure the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Perform energy-efficiency upgrades, such as installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts.
- Explain maintenance procedures to customers and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls.
- Ensure every customer is 100% satisfied.
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system malfunctions.
- Knowledge of recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring proper function of the refrigerant cycle.
- Experience with performing energy-efficiency upgrades and explaining maintenance procedures to customers.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and achieve assigned KPIs and Metrics.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
