Position Overview:

As a Store Manager in our fast-casual establishment, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure the success of the store. Your role involves managing staff, maximizing sales and profitability, and maintaining a positive customer experience. With strong leadership skills and a customer-centric approach, you contribute to the overall success of the store and uphold its reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff, to achieve performance goals and provide exceptional customer service. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

2. Sales and Profitability: Drive sales and maximize profitability through effective management of store resources, including inventory, labor, and expenses. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve margins, and achieve financial targets.

3. **Customer Experience: Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

4. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. Staffing and Scheduling: Recruit, hire, and train new employees as needed to maintain adequate staffing levels. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure coverage during peak hours and special events while controlling labor costs.

6. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development.

7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and labor laws. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and clean work environment and mitigate potential risks.

8. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels and control costs by implementing effective inventory management practices, including ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to minimize waste and shrinkage.

9. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase sales. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or fast-casual industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, sanitation, and safety standards
- Proficiency in computer software and systems used for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
