Objective and Service Requirements

The objective of this consultancy is to maintain a cohesive visual brand identity and assets for OEF. 

This position will work with OEF’s Communications and Business Development Department to provide graphic design services to OEF, as well as its sister organization, Our Secure Future. 

General responsibilities and scope of work will include: 

• Design digital and print materials including one-pagers, presentations, publications and key reports, end-of-year and special communications, web pages, and other related assets as requested by OEF. 
• Assist with the design and facilitate the delivery of recurring newsletters and email blasts to key audiences. 
• Assist website design efforts that align with search engine optimization best practices and brand identity. 
• Design graphics, icons, layouts, and templates for digital and print use, and for use on social media. 
• Develop printed marketing and event specific materials such as flyers, signage, letterhead, business cards, and envelopes. 

Performance Timeline

This position calls for 100 hours of work (an average of 25 hours per week) from the consultant between May 1 and December 31, 2024. This contract has the potential for annual renewal through 2026. Consultant’s availability includes regular calls, emails, and project work Monday through Friday, and as needed per project over the weekends to meet deadlines. This position is fully remote, and work begins upon the signing of this contract.

Proposal Content

Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services and relevant skills, to include a cover letter, CV, 3-5 design samples, and cost proposal.

Evaluation/Selection Criteria

Applications will be judged on the quality of their prior work, their statement of interest, relevant skill set, and ability to meet the required schedule and hours.
