Overview:

We are seeking one to two skilled and detail-oriented Medical Service Technician to join our team. As a Medical Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our business by delivering medical equipment to the patient's home.

Duties:

- Deliver and set-up joint rehabilitation products in the home. Primary product breaks down into several components but overall weight is 150 lbs. Secondary product is a small cold-compression device weighing approximatley 15 lbs.

- Must be service-oriented, empathetic and customer-focused

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately

- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Willingness to drive longer distances to deliver and pick-up the products in and around the Dallas-Ft. Worth area

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accomodate patient needs that fall outside of a traditional M-F work week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
