This position reports to the Outpost Pastor and works closely with Creative Arts Pastor, Worship and Production Staff. This position will be part-time not to exceed 20 hours per week.

Energized by learning new methodologies and systems

You Will Be:

Leading Worship at the Outpost scheduling and preparing volunteers for worship services

Leading Worship with our Thursday night team

Designing and delivering worship practice files and Ableton files for volunteers

Attending staff meetings and ministry gatherings

Participating in audition process

Attending "Get Connected" at assigned outpost

Participating in planning and executing special events and Outpost events

Completing projects assigned by Creative Arts Pastor and Outpost Pastor

You Have:

Spiritual growth, evident by a life committed to seeking and saving the lost

A commitment to the core values and beliefs of One Church

An appreciation for a variety of worship styles and ability to implement them

Quality organizational skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills

A minimum of 2-3 yrs experience in leading worship music

Ability to play a musical instrument, preferred Experience directing musicians and vocalists

Ability to lead and develop volunteers
