Responsibilities

• Process Donations : enter incoming donations into our donor database, issue acknowledgement letters; maintain profiles, and pull reports from partner donor sites
• Clean up and prep donor data extracted from partner sites
• Support Customers that inquire about donations, stock transfers, and tax receipts
• Manage email and print mail merge templates.
• Maintain and follow up on all office administrative tasks.

• Command of Microsoft and Google Productivity Suites
• A demonstrated interest in or understanding of fundraising and NonProfit Administration
• Humility : Passionate professionals who combine skills with good humor and patience
• A willingness to commit to this position for a minimum of 2 years
• A passion for numbers and data accuracy
• Language Requirement : English.
