One 4 All Learning Center is a newly licensed child care center located on 302 in Raymond, serving children six weeks through 5 years. Come be a part of our growing team!

Duties

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed

- Help maintain mandated staff to child ratios by stepping into various classrooms as needed

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance

- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive classroom environment

- Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods

Skills

- Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues

- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles

- Ability to create a structured learning environment while also being flexible and adaptable to meet individual student needs

- Proficiency in early childhood education techniques and strategies

- Ability to maintain flexibility in changes in daily job duties

Schedule will run between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM with some flexibility.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
