OnderLaw, a nationwide personal injury and product liability law firm, is looking for a Bilingual Intake Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team. As an Intake Representative, you will be our firm’s first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal representation.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients seeking legal representation for personal injury and/or product liability cases.
• Gather information from potential clients to collect pertinent details regarding their legal cases.
• Evaluate the information obtained from clients to determine if the case meets criteria, identifying key legal issues and assessing the likelihood of success.
• Accurately record and maintain detailed records of client interactions, case information and relevant data in case management system (SmartAdvocate).
• Follow up with potential clients to provide updates and maintain communication throughout the intake process.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, compassionately, and effectively; bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for diverse communication mediums.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure precise and meticulous record-keeping.
• Adeptness in multitasking and managing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to connect with clients on a personal level and understand the emotional impact of their situations.
• Prior experience in customer service, telephone sales, intake, or related role, preferably in the legal field.
