We are currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified (RVT) or (CVT) Veterinary Technician to join our new location in the South Houston area located at 8721 Highway 6 South, Missouri City, Tx.

Position Overview: As a (RVT) or (CVT) Veterinary Technician at Oncura Partners Veterinary Imaging, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sonographer with performing abdominal and cardiac ultrasound scans on small animals referred to our center. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our new location within the veterinary community.

Essential Functions:

• Assist sonographer with abdominal and cardiac ultrasound scans on small animals
• Assist sonographer with imaging center's daily operational tasks
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality experience for clients and pet patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Work towards building and maintaining positive relationships within the veterinary community
• Following Imaging Center SOPs
• Perform client communications via email or phone

Competencies:

Customer Service - Must be able to interact in a professional and compassionate manner with clients and pet patients

Basic knowledge of patient handling skills

Basic PIMS and Microsoft product knowledge

Organization and effective time management in order to assist with facility operational needs
