Located at our office in Naperville, IL. our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.
Position Summary 
Reporting to the Vice President, Field Operations, the Sr. Director of Claims Management is responsible for the entire lifecycle of claims management for our nearly 1.5m customers across 43 States. This leader will balance the high standards of customer service at Oncourse while developing and maintaining best in class adjudication and claims management functionality following fundamental underwriting budget more than $100 million. They will develop action plans and accountabilities to meet.

Experience and Qualifications of the Role 
  • 8-10 years claims management or back-office experience processing high volume transactions in a controlled environment.
  • Thorough understanding of a field-based service business preferably in the residential home space.
  • Knowledge of dealing with third party service models and transactions. Base understanding of entitlement analysis and adjudication principles.
  • Systems/technical: Ability to leverage technology for efficiency gains, tolerance & performance monitoring and exception handling.
  • Strategic planning capability, including experience developing and implementing a 3– important; quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks; creates focus. 
Education (preferred and or required 
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. 
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
