Located at our office in Naperville, IL our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Data Management Analyst to play a crucial role in shaping our data-driven strategy and driving business growth through insightful analysis and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with our data engineering and business intelligence teams to ensure accurate and complete data that supports the needs of the organization.
As a Senior Data Management Analyst, you will have the opportunity to use your technical and analytical skills to make a real impact. You will work on complex data modeling projects, define data dictionaries, and lead the mapping of row-level reporting. You will also be a subject matter expert in our data management systems and processes, providing training to users on how to effectively use and access data.
Responsibilities
- Support data modeling, architecture, and master data management processes
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to develop data pipelines that meet the requirements of the business intelligence team
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of business metrics by managing dimension and measure definitions
- Providing guidance and training to users on effective use and access of data structures, such as data dictionaries and entity-relationship diagrams
- Implementing best practices in data management to ensure data security and privacy
- Analyzing data to inform data governance and quality initiatives
- Delivering regular reports and insights to support informed decision-making across the organization
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve data processes and procedures to increase data accessibility and reliability

Experience and Qualifications of the Role
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
- Prior knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of ETL/cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, or another BI tool
