Located at our office in Naperville, Illinois, our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience. A regular in-office hybrid model is required (generally in-office T-TH and remote M & F).

Position Summary

As the Strategy and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new revenue initiatives for Oncourse. Your responsibilities will span a dynamic range, from conducting market research and analyzing our existing business for the purpose of defining growth opportunities, to operationally designing and managing proof of concept test and eventually, scaling initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders, ensuring successful execution of large-scale initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage Growth Initiatives: Spearhead strategic growth initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive revenue streams.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Partner with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide analytical support to validate growth strategies, track progress, and facilitate key discussions.
  • Experimentation and Scaling: Design data-driven experiments, iterate rapidly, and scale insights.
  • Roadmap Development: Create a roadmap for future products and services, optimizing resource allocation for desired business outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5 Years of Strategic and Operational Experience: You’ve honed your skills in strategy, operations, or management consulting.
  • From 0 to 1: You’ve successfully built growth initiatives from scratch.
  • Strategic and Operational Acumen: You excel at both high-level planning and hands-on execution.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Your ability to engage and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders sets you apart.

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with Looker or similar tools is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA Preferred.
