Onco360 is Hiring a Senior Accountant Near Louisville, KY
- Produce accurate accounting reports, by verifying, posting, and reconciling financial transactions of the 340B program regarding dispense fee revenue, costs of goods sold, inventory receivables and payables.
- Analyze and summarize financial statement trends and communicate with management and cross functional teams to explain results and variances.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Participate in development and documentation of policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Provide outside auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
- Identify and assist in development of process improvement opportunities.
- Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
- Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
- Education/Learning Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or commensurate experience
- Desired: MBA or CPA or in process of obtaining
- Work Experience
- Required: 5 years’ experience in accounting, 2 years as a Senior Accountant
- Desired: Public accounting experience; pharmacy and/or oncology experience a plus
- Skills/Knowledge
- Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, highly detail oriented
- Desired: Planning skills, SQL, or other database experience
- Behavior Competencies
