Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy that serves the needs of community, oncology, and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

• Conduct new employee orientations for virtual and on-site employees on a weekly basis, ensuring employees are aware of company systems, benefits, etc.
• Gather information for, assemble, and send out new hire welcome kits to all new hires.
• Collaborate with our IT department to schedule the IT onboarding for all new hires.

• Manage online applicant tracking systems; preparing job postings and keeping information up to date on candidate’s status through the application/hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers to develop interview questions to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently.
• Work with hiring managers on the status of job vacancies and the status of candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews, and evaluate candidates for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers positions.
• Coordinate in person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Make recommendations to hiring managers on candidates and salaries.
• Prepare and extend job offer information for the candidate to begin pre-employment screenings.
• Ensures required documentation for new employee is obtained and coordinates new hire process.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
