Harbor View Creative Learning Center is seeking an experienced Director who has a true passion for the ECE field. As an Early Childhood Education Director, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our childcare center and maintaining our "one-of-a-kind" program. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and educational environment for all children in care, manage and mentor teaching staff, oversee the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, greet and communicate with parents, adhere to all licensing rules and regulations, and uphold the center’s sterling reputation. We are looking for an individual who is eager to maintain a positive, efficient work environment and create long-lasting relationships with parents and staff!
