- Schedules and completes MDS, OBRA and OMRA assessments
- Communicates MDS requirements and deadlines to other transdisciplinary team members
- Finalizes comprehensive care plans
- Assists with Nursing leadership on-call coverage
- Provides direct RN care as needed
An excellent candidate for our RN MDS Coordinator position meets the following criteria:

Qualified applicants must have:
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Iowa
- Ability to maintain CPR certification (if you do not have this already, we will pay for it)
- Please note that the federal government requires that our employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption. We may not be able to proceed with employment if you cannot meet one of these requirements
