Looking for individuals that are:
Duties:
- Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Use applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Conduct patient assessments and collect data on progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBA, therapists, and caregivers
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in your care
- Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, special education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is highly desirable
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collect and analyze data accurately
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
